What is Sip and See? Sip and See Themes.

A sip and see party is a gathering to welcome and celebrate a newborn. More casual than a baby shower, it is typically organized by the new parents or close family members. This informal event allows family and friends to have some refreshments (sip) while meeting (see) your recently arrived baby.

When should you do a sip and see?

Some parents want to host a sip and see party a few weeks following their baby's birth. Others throw the party when the infant is a few months old, as it is more feasible and manageable.

What is another word for sip and see?

Other names for sip and see are Meet and Greet Baby Shower, After Baby Shower, Meet the Baby Party, Post-Baby Shower, Welcome Baby Shower.
